Fourth Season of Conscious and Integrative Education
The Help for Life 2026 Project aims to innovate and expand preventive mental care for students aged 7 to 17 through Integrative Complementary Practices (PICs) within schools. For this fourth season, the project will focus on 1,000 students across six schools, providing simultaneous activities for children and teens.
Each participating school will host a morning of structured, hands-on activities designed to nurture emotional well-being, including:
- Two mandatory practical activities (PICs) led by qualified professionals – one for children and one for teens
- Optional conversations with Espaço SER volunteers
- Healthy snacks and small gifts for participants
The practices offered include Yoga, Tai Chi Chuan, Kung Fu, and Reiki, each carefully selected to help students develop mindfulness, emotional balance, resilience, and self-awareness. By combining movement, meditation, and psychological support, the program encourages healthy coping strategies and emotional growth in a safe, school-based environment.
